Business Incubators and Opportunies | Darlington

The City of Darlington has a developed 32-acre business park, with complete access to utilities, and an undeveloped 38-acre addition to the site located in the southwestern corner of the City. Three of the eight lots in the developed area are available for acquisition, while several lots within the addition are also available.

The City has applied for a Federal Economic Development Administration grant to help fund future infrastructure improvements in the park’s addition. There are other commercial properties available in the community. Two State Highways (Hwy 23, a north-south route and Hwy 81, an east-west corridor) pass through Darlington, allowing for convenient travel to Platteville; Madison; Monroe; Dubuque, Iowa; Galena, Illinois; and locations beyond.
